To make a claim we require:
1. Picture clearly showing the fault
2. PO Number
(Po. number from the care label inside the product (eg. Po. Number 13092013-1). Please note that this is not the product code on the hang tag, but the numbers inside the OnePiece, normally inside of the left leg.)
As long as it's from an order less than a year old we can compensate / replace this for you together with your order number.
