When your order is shipped you will receive an SMS and an email with a tracking link*. Please follow the link to locate your package.
In the peak Winter season it can take up to four (4) working days before the package is shipped.
If you have your tracking link, but still can’t track your package please contact your local courier or contact us here.
*Please be aware the default selection for delivery in most markets (including EU/UK/US) is to a collection point, this offers the best value and most secure shipping option.
To choose delivery to a home/office address this needs to be physically selected before the checkout/confirmation page as additional fees can be incurred.
Once UPS have delivered to a collection point they unfortunately cannot re-deliver to an alternate address, the order will remain at the collection point for 14 days, after that it is returned and refunded
