Depending on your chosen shipment method, your package will be delivered to your home or chosen delivery address, or to the closest pick-up point.

We ship our orders with DHL (to US and Norway) and UPS (to the rest of the World). If you have booked 'Home Delivery' and are not available when they try to deliver, they will try again the following business days.


If they are unable to deliver it to your address, they will drop off the package at a pick-up point nearby. You will have a maximum of 14 days to pick it up before it's being returned to our warehouse.


If a parcel has been returned to us due to the customer failing to pick up their package or not being available for delivery, please note that a 9.90 EUR/USD handling fee will be deduced from your refund.
