How do I know if my order has gone through?

Not sure your order has gone through?

If you were sent to the order confirmation page after checkout, your order has been successfully received. If you didn't reach this page, please check the following before you contact us:

1. You will receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours. Sometimes it ends up in the spam/promotions folder, so don't forget to have a look there!

2. Check your bank account and/or PayPal account to verify the payment has gone through. 

3. If you have chosen to pay with 'Klarna', you will receive an e-mail from them as well. You can also check the Klarna app for more information.

Has it been more than 24 hours and you still haven't received anything from us?

Please contact us and we will look into it as quickly as possible.
