My order has been returned to sender - unsuccessful delivery

Orders may be returned to our warehouse for various reasons. We always have to investigate the reason why your package hasn't been delivered successfully and thus returned.

If a parcel has been returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package or not being available for delivery, please note that a 9.90 EUR/USD handling fee will be deduced from your refund.
