I haven’t received an order confirmation

If you have not received your order confirmation, it may be because your order hasn't been processed in our system yet. In most cases an order confirmation is sent instantly, but it may also take an hour or two to process it during peak season.

 

The order confirmation may end up in your junk mail folder, so please check folders like 'SPAM' or 'PROMOTIONS'.

 

If you have not received your order confirmation within 24h, please reach out to us so that we can see what may have happened and help you.
